I didn’t always know where I was headed—only that I was drawn to questions that unraveled things, stories that gave depth to the messy, and insights that could change the way we move through the world. In hindsight, I see the throughline: a deep desire to understand people, patterns, and the forces that move us.
Research was my starting point, but impact has always been the goal.
At UC Berkeley, that meant diving into psychology and social welfare, exploring how people form beliefs, connect across differences, and navigate the world. One of my earliest research projects — what would later become the Bridging Differences Playbook —helped organizations foster understanding in an increasingly divided world. Seeing research translate into something real, measurable, and actionable cemented my belief that knowledge is most powerful when it’s shared.
At UCLA, I turned my focus to the numbers beneath the narratives. I studied how status, identity, and uncertainty shape decision-making among adolescents, using advanced statistical modeling to uncover patterns that weren’t always visible at first glance. My research centered on creating safer, more inclusive school environments—understanding the social dynamics that shape student experiences and the systemic shifts needed to foster belonging. During the pandemic my work expanded to tracking how young adults were adapting to a rapidly changing world—mentally, socially, and economically. But we weren’t just identifying trends; we were mapping the unseen shifts in human experience—the kind that shape policy, mental health initiatives, and how institutions support young people.
Then, I turned that lens toward business, technology, and innovation.
At a Series C tech startup, I helped teams move beyond assumptions—using behavioral data and quantitative research to ensure product decisions were rooted in what people actually needed. I built new frameworks for measuring success, moving away from surface-level metrics toward ones that captured the real impact of a product on people’s lives. Seeing those ideas take hold in company strategy, marketing decisions, and product development reinforced what I already knew: understanding people deeply leads to better systems, better experiences, and better outcomes.
Now, my work lives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and impact.
I’ve spent years studying human behavior, decoding complex systems, and turning insights into real-world change. Whether it’s business development, content creation, or new product ventures, I bring the same depth and intentionality—because understanding people isn’t just a skill, it’s the foundation for building anything that lasts.
If that sounds like the kind of energy you’re seeking, let’s talk.
