My Professional JourneY
I’m a researcher, statistician, and psychologist by training, now working as a creative strategist with a clear vision for meaningful impact.
I’ve spent years following my curiosity into the layered, often messy world of human behavior—drawn to the patterns that shape people and the systems that shape our lives.
Where I Started: Data, Depth & Human Design
At UC Berkeley, I studied psychology and social welfare, co-creating tools like the Bridging Differences Playbook to help people connect across divides.
At UCLA, I explored how identity and uncertainty influence adolescent decision-making, using advanced data modeling to support safer, more inclusive schools.
During the pandemic, I led research on how young adults were adapting to a rapidly changing world—tracking shifts in mental health, belonging, and economic resilience.
From Academia to Innovation
At a Series C tech startup, I applied behavioral insights to product and strategy—building human-centered methods of data capture that moved beyond vanity metrics to focus on real impact.
Whether in research, marketing, or product design, my lens stayed the same:
understand people deeply, and you build better everything.
Where I Am Now: Story, Strategy & Soul
Today, I work at the intersection of story and strategy—creating content that connects, designing experiences that build community, and helping teams bring bold ideas to life with clarity and heart.
Whether you're growing a brand, building a product, or shifting culture, I bring insight and intention to every table I sit at.
Let’s create something that lasts.
